The 10th Annual Community Forum will provide an overview of the 17th Annual Report on the Conditions of Children in Orange County.  The Forum agenda will including:

• A presentation of data highlights
  
• A discussion of trends by county Agency leadership with Q&A
  
• A keynote address by Hon. Yvette Verastegui, Los Angeles Superior Court
• A reflection on the Special Section topic

Each attendee will received a printed copy of the report.  

**Please participate in the Forum's food drive.  Bring canned food for distribution to families in need during the holidays. 

The Annual Report on the Conditions of Children in Orange County sponsored by the County of Orange Board of Supervisors and the Children and Families Commission of Orange County.  The report is developed to provide a comprehensive picture of the present condition of children in Orange County and to establish a baseline from which to measure future progress and track changing conditions.  

The 40 indicators in the report are presented in four sections: Education, Health, Economic Well-being and Safe Homes and Communities.  The 17th Report includes discussion topics or articles on the following subjects:

• Special Section:  Impact of Family and Domestic Violence on Children
• Education: Mentoring
• Health: Mental Health in Children and Youth
• Economic Well-Being: Workforce Development for Youth
• Safe Homes and Communities:  The Collaborative Courts
